Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection Review

The newest Assassin's Creed game came out as "Assassin's Creed The Ezio Collection" on November 17, 2016. It contains three of the games from the Assassin's Creed series, "Assassin's Creed 2, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Assassin's Creed Revelations." Now if you already have these games on another console like an XBox 360, maybe you would want to get this game for a next generation console like the PlayStation 4. But it might not be the best move because you would basically be buying the games all over again and you won't have the same data as you did before.

This game is honestly not worth buying. I bought it thinking it was a whole new game from the series but I was wrong, it's just three of the old games from the series.
Other than that it is still a good game in my opinion because I used to play Assassin's Creed on my Xbox but then I got a PlayStation 4 and I was always playing on that instead. That's why I decided to get this game but soon realized it wasn't what I thought it would be. It was disappointing but when I started playing it, I had a lot of fun because like in all Assassin's Creed games, you get to do parkour. Parkour, also named free-running, is a fast paced movement that is all based on momentum and keeping your momentum at a constant speed. Ubisoft did a great job with implementing this into the game because you are almost always wanted by the "police" if you will, so it's a great way to get out of trouble as fast as you can.

Well, this was Gaming with Sam Clay and I will see you on the next post.

  1. Good job on the rating of Assassin's Creed. You gave detail on how this game was compared to the older ones in the series. Although, it was a little confusing on what you thought about the game because you said it was bad but then later you said it was fun.

  2. Cool review. Maybe you should have took some look at details before you actually buy. You said that it contains three games from series and that was it. And it was, so yeah.
For people like me who never bought any of those games, it may be worth buying but if you had games already, then yeah. Just wait for actual new game, I guess.

  4. Great review! It really helped me decide whether to buy this game or not. I have decided not to get it based on what you said about it. You wrote that it is not worth buying and I agree.

  5. In this blog post, you pretty much just told us a story about how you thought that this was a new game in the franchise. Unfortunately, I don't think you did a good enough job going in-depth about the game. You didn't talk too much about the story, although you did talk about parkour. Overall, this blog was rather boring.

  8. I have not played this game, but I've heard that Assassins Creed is fun. I think that a bunch of original titles for next-generation consoles is good to have, but I just get bored with old games sometimes.
